exemplary service and excellent selection of fine instruments.
Blair was super super helpful and very kind to deal with and even stayed a few minutes late to facilitate my purchase.
Fantastic crew over there and will definitely be back for more in the future.
Paul and the long haired fella with the Beatles mask gave me great service today
2 months ago I purchased a new fender player plus, I finally took it in for its first set up. After getting it back I noticed the paint appeared to be cracking, and without even asking they go and grab a replacement off the wall for me. However this also had the same defect. So these guys go the extra mile again and order me a new one from fender and make sure to note the account with my issues so hopefully the new one is good to go. I can’t begin to express my gratitude, boys. Paul always treats me like gold when I walk in the shop. Appreciate it!
Helpful staff
Been 10 years since ive been to this location since i moved… Always friendly knowledgeable staff and top quality instruments in stock always !!
The keyboard drums and pa staff were helpful and engaged. The guitar side aren’t very keen on sales. However it is a good place to go try a bunch of guitars out hastle free.
Service is much better than before, so give four stars now.
bad service, paid deposit for two weeks but no any update. when called them, seemed impatient and hanged up the phone with big bang. very disappointed.
only music shop in moncton. Doesn’t matter if you’re any good when you buy out the competition and corner the market.
Unfortunately the service in the drum section seems to have become worse here over the years. When we bought cymbals a few years ago, the staff was ok. The past 2 years we didn’t experience them as very friendly and today we were even told we couldn’t use a cymbal stand to try the cymbals but to simply hit them while hanging on the wall mount – which totally distorts the sound from what they sound like on a stand. We left without buying anything.
Walk in 3 times to buy a guitar, all times guys were just standing never ask if I needed help, I don’t do the costumer service for others. Lost a sale.

Since it’s a smaller shop, they tend to have less stock on hand, but are more than happy to check the Sussex store, or order something in for you, and they’ll also price match.
I’ve gone in twice since picking up the bass again, and both times I’ve walked out with what I wanted, plus a nice bit of history about certain brands of guitars, or a better understanding of the gear that I might want to pick up down the road (thanks Matt).
While the other “larger local store” might have more to look at initially, I haven’t found the same level of personable customer service. The Morris Music folks seem to have more passion for music and you can tell that they get excited about it as they talk to you.
Unless there’s something that they can’t order in and I just have to have it, I’ll be shopping exclusively at Morris Music.
I found Morris Music to be a friendly customer focused low sales pressure environment. A lot like hanging out at the neighbourhood barber shop. Great products, great prices with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well worth a visit.
Great work!
No longer open.
I called them looking for a 16v power cord for a Yamaha keyboard. The employee that answered was busy but made it clear that he was inconvienced that I was calling. Not sure if he nows how busy works but should be happy they are busy because that means business is well. He then started talking to another customer with me on the line. He told me he would call me back in 10-15 minites to tell me if he had the cord in store. Its now 25 hours later, and still no call. Sorry but customer service is important to me so I’ll shop elsewhere or online even with a wait for delivery rather than deal with an employee like that.
