Tommy K and his DJ service are the best!! He played a huge bash for a 60th birthday party I hosted and it was wonderful! Highly recommend!
Our organization was very pleased with the service we received; the owner was extremely helpful, professional and a fun host for our karaoke event! I’d recommend him and will absolutely go to him for our future events!
Tommy was the DJ for our wedding and he was fantastic! He read the crowed and had everyone from toddlers to people in their 80s up and dancing all night! He is a very talented and personable DJ and I would highly recommend him for any event!!
Kenny was the DJ for our staff party and we loved him! This is a night that I will remember for a long time! Thank you so much K-Train for the amazing musical experience 🙂
I highly recommend booking with Jasper Music Masters for your event or wedding! Kenny is a great DJ, he DJed at our staff party and we had such a blast. Kenny has a great selection of music and I’m confident he can play the right music for any crowd 🙂
Kenny took our booking very last minute, he was awesome, took requests, interacted with the guest. From the ceremony, dinner, and then the party Kenny’s music was on point everyone was very satisfied!!! Thank you Jasper Music Masters.
We used Kenny for our wedding in July, 2023. We had troubles finding a DJ who was available within the Golden area, and so travelled all the way to Golden for our wedding day! He provided us sound & music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Kenny was super prepared, came to set up the night before, and took all our requests beforehand so he had them ready.
5. Our Native Land
Address: 601 Patricia St, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, Canada , Jasper Park Lodge , Alberta , Canada
The Czechoslovakian lady at the front desk was very friendly and super knowledgable about the artifacts from different cultures. Fantastic service.
Excellent selection of gifts and gorgeous jewellery.
If you are after a unique souvenir or piece of First Nations art I highly recommend Our Native Land. Always a stop on my trips to Jasper.
good gift shop touristy price
Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about the area! If your interested in the native culture or picking up a genuine souvenir, visit here!
The owner is a bit rude. When you enter the store he shoots: “where are you from” before any “hi”. And if one ignores, he keeps on asking again and again…
Then followed us until we just left.
Two months ago, we purchased an arrow with the delivery option, and we were assured by the vendor that it would arrive within a week or less. However, despite making six phone calls and sending emails over the past two months, our product was never sent. This has been particularly disappointing as it was intended as a gift. We are only leaving this review to bring attention to this issue as they are not responding to our calls/emails. Please contact us and fulfill our order promptly.
The most uncomfortable experience. Woman followed us around the entire store the whole time. We had to leave it was so bad the experience.
Bought a ring from this shop in July and it has now completely fallen apart. Not acceptable. Ring setting is full of a bark looking substance so the stone can be a small as they can get it.
6. SnowDome Coffee Bar
Address: 607 B Patricia St, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, Canada , Jasper Park Lodge , Alberta , Canada
Best coffee in Canada. Hidden little gem! Worth every cent. Highly recommend.
Really good coffee and made well, which is a rarity if you like coffee beyond your standard drip… Friendly staff and very nice looking setting, good vibes. Came in today with my newborn and partner, the baristas we’re soo friendly and kind. 100% recommend snowdome. Lattes where not piping hot but just right. And the pour over selection of beans is mint.
Great coffee in a fun environment!
This place had some of the most incredible latte art I have ever seen!! However, we noticed that the hot afternoon sun shines thru the windows directly onto the barista, so the poor thing had to take our orders while sweating profusely and squinting straight into the sun. Please take better care of your employees!
This place is pricey for a laundry mat. However it has it all from a quick snack with coffee to very comfortable leather sofas, free wifi and lots of space to get your clothes washed. Parking is another issue but you can always park elsewhere and walk the rest of the way.
Strictly talking about the taste of coffee here, It’s just okay.
The staff are friendly, interesting atmosphere! Didn’t expect to see a shower in each washroom!
It was $2.50 per tea bag. So $5 for a small tea. That’s crazy. The staff had no clue how to make an espresso shot on ice with only sugar free syrup. It came in a hot cup when I said I wanted it iced in a clear cup. Didn’t have heavy cream. Then was rude when I asked for my money back. The person taking the order didn’t understand what I wanted. I would have paid more for the drink I wanted but you didn’t even have the right ingredients. Said “heavy cream would cost a fortune”. Your drinks are expensive anyways for a small amount of coffee/tea.
***you seem to be a very unhappy person. I wish you the very best in the future. You didn’t have heavy cream like I had asked. I was going to get a clear cup and purchase some heavy cream at a grocery store. But I felt a bad vibe and I was an inconvenience so I asked for my money back. Then I was shocked at $5 for 2 tea bags. “Poor mans latte” would have cost me $5 and my time to go to a grocery store on top of the money I spent at your shop. I had never heard that saying until now. You come across as very angry and rude to criticism. On other review sites and on here you attack and blame the customer. Next time try having a conversation with the buyer and make things work. Smile through it all.***
Bakery was so tasty, but horrible service. They make a drink that I didn’t order and when I ask to make a new one, they said its a waste , no excuses, no sorry, nothing. It’s a shame
New policy NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK We like soupe and sandwiches from Tim Horton bout we buy them coffee and drink. We get hard time from the personal from the coffee shop SnowDome during doing laundry. You can not stay here they show US the door but Worst they chasse Us out side on sidewall. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICES … See picture for details.
Excuses and refunds are expected
7. Rocky Bear Gifts & More
Address: 400B Connaught Dr, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, Canada , Jasper Park Lodge , Alberta , Canada
The shop was nice and cozy with nicely curated items that were good quality and not too touristy. We got a nice quote to hang on our wall, a postcard and some odds and ends. The staff were very friendly and gave us directions to the Canada Post and filled our water bottle for us.
Great products, great service and a favorite to visit when in Jasper. Best hats ever.
We had a wonderful shopping experience! They prices were fantastic and Carl is a gem! I will definitely visit every time I visit Jasper.
Typical souvenir shop fun to look around
Lots of souvenir, good collection
Terrible service.
The table was not set up
The waiter was slow and unprofessional.
One example orders a tea. Brought a mug with a tea bag.
So spoon . Mild . Honey etc. Had be asked.
Staff wandering and talking on the floor.
Ratio to guests to front of house was 4:1.
And it still took 15mins for anyone to come to the table. This seemed to be the norm.
Food
Prices were good for the area. The food was presented well and was tasty. I would order takeout rather than go back again
Unexpected disappointed
8. Jasper Gifts
Address: 412 Connaught Dr, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, Canada , Jasper Park Lodge , Alberta , Canada
What Wonderful People who mange this Store , “ Jasper’s Gift”.
So Delighted to see such a Large selection of Wonderful Gifts that my husband and I made three trips to this Store in two days and purchased great items. Very reasonable prices too with Good quantity items. I also appreciate the Good lighting amidst the Clean and uncluttered store paths ; and the Atmosphere Music was without all that loud and crazy music.
Do note that They carry Something for Everyone.
Shopping at Jasper Gift / Alberta is the bomb. Good job Jasper Gift. ❤️
It’s the best souvenir shop I’ve ever been to.The employees are friendly and the goods are well organized.
nice gift shop , many thing to choose from a bit crowded
相比班夫價錢,這店有些商品便宜也有些是貴了點,店員很友善
Great store good stock
Charged me for an item I did not get. I didn’t check my receipt till I traveled home. Disappointing.
9. The Other Paw Bakery Cafe
Address: 610 Connaught Dr, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, Canada , Jasper Park Lodge , Alberta , Canada
Wonderful atmosphere.Great food! I will stop here as my go to place everytime we come through Jasper.
Dobra kava s kolacikom v peknom prostredi.
Good place for some snacks and coffee. Nice aesthetics and comfortable to hang out in, but unfortunately no wifi.
Get the rhubarb strawberry square! And don’t look down at the price, definitely don’t give them away, and their drinks are on the high side for sure. Otherwise this place is worth stopping into if you aren’t on a travellers budget!
Coffee is delicious. Worth buying
Fine place, great beverage choices & treats made in site.
Very chaotic! Slow to recive order.
It’s okay. Not the best
Our Sandwiches had mold all over it. Took one bite and then threw it away.
10. Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge
Address: 1 Old Lodge Rd, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, Canada , Jasper Park Lodge , Alberta , Canada
Good coffee, friendly service. Will come back here for a brewsky.
Great coffee & ambience. Impressively clean bathrooms.
Kid-friendliness: Barista had helpful kid suggestions
That place so nice. Very good service. Very nice staff. Highly recommended
Subtracted points for having no WiFi and zero outlets, yet the prices for their drinks are the highest in town. $6+ for lattes. Muffins and coffee are good but not exceptional to justify going again for the above reasons.
I really enjoyed my experience at Andromeda. The vibe, decor and location are wonderful. Staff were helpful in selecting a drink. The only reason for a lower review is my drink wasn’t very flavourful. Still worth a visit and I can try another selection in the future.
Good coffee, very pricey though
No service for the unvaxxed. Dine in or takeout.
Worst customer service ever. From the very beginning of my interaction with the barrister taking my order, she was cold, short and disrespectful to me. Then after she rung my order and I was walking away from the counter, she called out to me rudely and accused me of not telling her if I wanted syrup in my tea. It was her abrasive, snarky tone and condescending attitude that completely caught me off guard. She also accused me of “always wanting vanilla and not telling her this time what I wanted”. This was my very first time in Jasper and visiting Andromeda coffee so I had no clue what she was taking about. I noticed that she treated the very next man, who was not a person of color, with a respectful, upbeat and joyful attitude. I have worked in retail in the past so I know the difference between awful, disrespectful customer service and good customer service. I also noticed that she intentionally prepared my tea after that caucasian man who ordered AFTER me. I asked my partner if I was somehow exaggerating her behavior in my mind, as one would often question one’s own feelings and perception in the face of such an attack, and he said he felt the exact same thing. We were both so caught off guard by her rudeness and condescending attitude. I would never come back to this place nor would I recommend anyone else to. I have many friends from Canada and the U.S. who vacation in Jasper and I will make sure to tell all of them about how Andromeda Coffee treated me.
12. TGP, Your Jasper Grocer
Address: 601 Patricia St, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, Canada , Jasper Park Lodge , Alberta , Canada
love the music.. cool store good selection for a small town
Has good specials each week, open convenient hours, great produce, friendly staff,
Expensive and a small sortiment.
Piccolo supermarket locale. Pero’ ci si trova un po’ di tutto. Frutteria macelleria salumeria formaggi pane dolciumi. Poca profumeria. Prodotti x la pulizia della casa.
Tolles Geschäft mit guter Auswahl. Parkplatz ist recht eng.
Surprisingly awful customer service. My husband spoke to a manager named Will who was refusing to refund 1.50$ for bad carbonated mango water. Eventually he agreed to refund the unopened bottles but initially said they wouldn’t. Even though we had bought the items less than 2 hours ago and brought them back with the receipt.
It doesn’t take much to be polite, a little respect goes a long way. We will certainly be taking our business to Robinson’s from now on.
2 grocer’s in town both overpriced!
It says it closes at 9pm, but when they feel like it and without notice they close at 8pm
13. FOUR20 Jasper
Address: 610 Patricia St, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, Canada , Jasper Park Lodge , Alberta , Canada
Fantastic customer service. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The product they carry is high quality. They have a great selection of products. Kelly and Kayla are absolutely glorious. They knew exactly what I wanted.
The clever displays plus friendly staff, paired with the vibrant back drop, makes for a shopping experience that’s hard to ever be a negative one.
But the 5 star rating comes from the kind of ingenious information system WCC Created.
For the first time I’m given great facts about where each strain comes from, easily outlined are the balances of THC, to CBD, and above all, sources and producer information can be found and explained by displays, (or staff, just ask!).
I feel like I’m making an educated decision about the products I choose, and for a lot of people who are nervous about experimenting with marijuana, this is the kind shop you want to go too, to take that educated step into the world of cannabis, should you wish!
Seriously impressive, across the board.
Also the gummies, the bath bombs, and the drink selection is kind of awesome!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good place to Buy weed for a decent price. They always have good deals. I bought 1oz for around 80 CAD 🙂 also their flower/pre roll menu are so big.
Well guys I used to love coming to this place when it was a local business. Now that it is owned by yet another corporate monster it is no longer fun. All my fave strains are gone now and when u walk in all the cool packages for things are gone now and replaced by sheets of paper explaining the strain. 9 times out of 10 I try a new strain cuz of it’s packaging. I was told some very upsetting things yesterday and after my expirence with one of the ladies from corporate not to long ago I will not be coming back here. I used to spend alot of money here back when I got a personalized expirence and got a warm welcome.
Corporate for Four20 is cold and rude!!! Highly recommend staying away from here!!!
I am beyond upset about what is happening to this store!! They took such a nice place and turned it into a place I won’t vibe with anymore!!
Only positive here is they made the doors look really cool everything else that made this place awesome is gone now!!
Terrible experience, terrible staff, terrible store. Will never be shopping here again after a very bad experience with this location the other day.
Reviewed several months ago when this was West Coast Cannabis Store and gave it a 5 star review at the time. Editing as it’s now just another corporate store on the block. Used to be a cannabis users dream – eye catching boxes hanging from the walls to display strains, fun, hand drawn chalkboards both inside and out that reeled you into the store and and cannabis stocked from smaller brands. Everything looks uniform and boring now. Coming from a person in the LGBTQ2+ community, the pride flags with the Four20 branding on the door outside is laughable. Staff are still super knowledgable and fun to talk to, but a shame about the rest of it. SUPPORT LOCAL.
14. The Emerald Lounge
Address: 1 Old Lodge Rd, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, Canada , Jasper Park Lodge , Alberta , Canada
Had the best time, Austin C was so nice and gave us some many recommendations! 100% will come back!
Fantastic
Quite place enjoy food and view
extremely slow service. Limited food options especially for non meat eaters. Menu for lunch and dinner is the same so if you stay at the lodge for a couple of days you barely have any options! 3 stars is only because of the view and friendly servers!
Limpo, agradável e bom atendimento boa comida.
环境不错,但是牛排太难吃了
Ate here for the first time on the weekend. We waited 20 minutes to be seated (less than 10 people eating in the restaurant) 15-20 minutes to be served or ever offered water. Another waitress then came over and offered to take our order after we submitted previously. Food took a long time and was tasteless. The mountain burger is $28.00 and not even worth $5.00. then we waited another 15-20 minutes for the bill until we tracked down the manager and he sent over a different server.
So all in all, service was terrible, food was terrible and the staff don’t make an effort. Weren’t even offered a drink menu.
Wouldn’t go back
The view is spectacular! It was a bit smokey but still so beautiful.
I got the great hall Cobb salad. The chunks of lettuces were hard to navigate but other then that It was delicious.
My partner got the creamy cavatappi Unfortunately it was very bland like water cream and pasta. It had raw brussel sprouts that were hard. He did not like it at all. Even salt couldn’t make it better.
Service was absolutely the worst. Servers were more into socializing than getting drink orders, food order or a bill.
Saw bartenders adjust the masks on their noses the grab ice for drinks. This was our 5th time here was so grossed out and won’t be back.
Prices are ridiculously high. You’d have a better stay at Overlander Mountain Lodge or Patricia Lake Bungalows.
15. Coco’s Cafe
Address: 608-B Patricia St, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, Canada , Jasper Park Lodge , Alberta , Canada
The best coffee I’ve had in Jasper. Great breakfast options and baking.
One of my favourite cafés ever and super queer friendly to boot!
Good coffee, friendly staff, expensive, no wifi, no place to plug in, cozy & quirky.
I had a mocha which was presented very nicely with a chocolate drizzle (see photo). It was a little sweet for my taste. I prefer a darker chocolate flavor. Cost for a large was almost $8. I haven’t ordered coffee anywhere else in Jasper but the price was about double what I paid in Banff/Lake Louise.
Coffee is good quality (Phil & Sebastian’s). Service was not great; it wasn’t busy but it took a few mins for them to notice we were waiting to order, and once we ordered it took a while for the food. Food was okay. I had the waffle, which tasted very slightly undercooked and came with some sad, liquidy/melted whipped cream. The other members of our party liked the skillet, but the backpackers lunch was not really a hit (and also came out slightly cold). I would go back for coffee but not for brunch. It’s got a nice, chill vibe as well and some eccentric art.
Quaint and very tasty, creative latte’s!
Order the breakfast wrap for $10. It was okay, way overpriced. The description said bacon but it was more like a pinch of chopped bacon
Ordered lox with bagel. Description on the board says it comes with red onions and capers. It was just a bagel with cream cheese. Complete disappointment.
Very average food, not cheap. We were served burnt potatoes with our scrambled eggs !! No wifi . Service very average, usual Canadian friendliness missing. Sorry but a big disappointment
16. Orso Trattoria
Address: 1 Old Lodge Rd, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, Canada , Jasper Park Lodge , Alberta , Canada
Had the Sunday brunch and it was worth every penny! My wife and I loved the food and the ambience. Every item on the menu was amazing and our server was very friendly and courteous. It’s an all you can eat and we definitely over-ate but no regrets whatsoever lol. We enjoyed walking around the lake after our meal as well. One of my top brunch experiences ever.
My boyfriend took me here for Valentine’s Day and it was easily the best meal we’ve had together and both agreed. From the bread to the very last bite of dessert, it was phenomenal. The Valentine’s Day special was a great choice by the chef. I normally do not like seafood but the meal still came with prawns and I finished them all because they were delicious as well. 10/10 recommend for anyone wanting to take someone for a special dinner and be treated like royalty.
This experience was beyond what I can express here in words. Our server Kieran was amazing! We put our full faith in his judgement as to what wine to pair with our 3 course meal and he more than came through. The meal and experience has ensured that we will be coming here again and will be asking for him specifically. As I mentioned before, words can not express how amazing this experience was.
Everything was fabulous about this experience except the food. The view and the ambiance were exceptional , the service was ok but the food was lacking. We ordered the fixed price Italian menu and the first turn-off was the waiter aggressively pushing the steaks ($30 to$100 adder) instead of the set menu. I guess we should have listened to him – I got the halibut, which was overcooked on one end and undercooked on the other. Someone else got the pasta option and said it looked like Mac and cheese for a 3 year old. Pretty disappointing.
Delocious
Pretty near perfect.
They are open late and the service is good. The food however, was not enjoyable; which is odd because there isn’t much to chose from.
We came here for our anniversary dinner and were very disappointed. The service is excellent but that’s about all that was great. Our steaks were extremely undercooked and one of them was tough and chewy. Our brocolini was barely even cooked. The appetizers were good but really just 2 small bites. For a fine dining restaurant we really expected the food to be top notch. We provided feedback and the server and manager removed the additional charge for the meat which was appreciated. However, we ended up paying 68 dollars per person for the tiniest appetizer, subpar mashed potatoes, cauliflower and hard brocolini and ice cream for dessert. (We also thought it was strange that the hostess was the only person not required to wear a mask). If you are looking for a nice meal I’d probably avoid this restaurant and try some of the other places in town.
Terrible!!! But beautiful view…
Very low quality of food and very limited options to choose from for Breakfast Buffet of $35/person.
Their pancake is super dry and the croissant and other pastries were a bit old. The sausages tasted awful, scrambled eggs are runny and watery.
Cutlery ang drinking glass smells disgusting.
Overpriced and Not worth it. I don’t recommend this place at all.
17. HI Jasper
Address: 708 Sleepy Hollow Rd, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, Canada , Jasper Park Lodge , Alberta , Canada
Eight of us went there – 4 adults and 4 teens for dinner. Great casual patio and good attention to cleanliness and Covid safety. Our teens loved the menu and the prices were family friendly. Good portions and tasty food! Finished up with a lively game of pool indoors – had a hoot. Make sure you visit and keep this place going!
The service was very friendly and the food was delicious!
Jam Fridays!
Good crowd / good entertainment good hospitality
Great time. Good music and draft beers. Basic menu.
The girl’s where nice and friendly. We stopped by to order take out because of all the amazing reviews. Ordered spaghetti and wings. Honestly the food wasn’t that great. My wife said the spaghetti was OK but the wings were horrible. They were burnt, black and so dry. Disappointed because this was supposed to be the place to go when in town.
Service is okay. Price is fair. Food is okay.. But if you are a minority, and you want to eat at a place that doesn’t remind you that you are one, maybe avoid eating there.
Literally had one teller for 2 lines of people ten or more. Absolute joke. If your looking for a good time don’t come here.
19. Sunhouse Cafe
Address: Jasper National Park Of Canada, 610 Patricia St, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, Canada , Jasper Park Lodge , Alberta , Canada
New wave, Scandinavian inspired, coffee house. Probably the highest-end coffee shop in Jasper. Excellent food and coffee.
Such a gem! Very high quality food in a stunning setting. Open kitchen, great patio, attention to detail.
I visited this restaurant last year and went back with my family this year. We all agreed this was our favourite restaurant in Jasper.
I highly recommend their Turkish eggs! The bread is really good.
They also have the best coffee in Jasper. They allow you to order inside to take out coffee.
Breakfast is my favourite meal and I’ve been to a lot of breakfast/brunch places around Canada and this is in my top 3.
My only complaint is that the menu is very small. I want to try more food
Cute place. Good service. Great food. Maybe they open the doors during the other seasons, but minus one star for the really bad ventilation. It’s an open kitchen/griddle in a small enclosed room so be prepared to immediately smell like food stepping in here.
Coffee is alright. Food is pricey for what we got. Cute place
Not great. Too long to wait for bland unseasoned food. Avocado toast with zero butter, salt or flavour. It seemed a bit pretentious for what we actually got. On the avocado toast, a strange combination of tons of raw spinach plus parsley and a couple of micro cubes of grapefruit on top. It just didn’t go. Trying too hard I guess. We noticed also no hair tied back on servers or cooks.
I tried this place based on the rating but was underwhelmed. Coffee was good. Mushroom & hash was decent but with only 1 small piece of bread.
I wouldn’t recommend the mascarpone french toast if you think of a succulent eggy french toast.
The bread (sourdough) wasn’t soaked in egg batter properly, was dry inside, yet was touch outside. It wasn’t seared properly. I didn’t taste any egg at all. The topping was ok but there was some stale oily taste in the hazelnut crumble. The part of bread with topping on was soggy with very little flavour because there was no coating of batter outside. I had better breakfasts in my week-long stay in Jasper.
Overpriced for the quality of the food in my opinion. The service was good though.
I came through Jasper last year around this time and stopped here for breakfast, I got the breakfast sandwich and really liked it, service and food were good. This time was far less impressive, it took 15 mins to get a simple drip coffee, I ordered the avocado toast which was quite dull, a piece of plain sourdough with a few slices of avocado on top, and a poached egg that was so raw most of the white was still clear. I sent it back and it came back more reasonably cooked, but overall this isn’t even close to the avocado toast I’ve had at other places. The servers were nice but for a 25$ breakfast it really wasn’t up to par in my opinion.
Sat down for breakfast, got seated pretty quickly. I had ordered the smoothie and asked to order my main but the server asked me to wait to order the main probably because it seemed really busy. We then waited over 25 minutes to order our main followed by another 30 minutes till our food actually came.
For people of colour:
We also felt heavily discriminated against with one of servers so be cautious of that.
Food was good but I would not wait over an hour and a half for breakfast. Especially somewhere with racist staff
20. The Grizz
Address: 1 Old Lodge Rd, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, Canada , Jasper Park Lodge , Alberta , Canada
The Grizz is an absolute GEM of a spot! The staff are next level; friendly, familiar, and always helpful with service or a good laugh. The menu Is fantastic and always has something that’s going to hit the spot; but any patron that doesn’t suggest the “to die for” Garlic Fingers is doing you a disservice! Some of the best days I’ve had were spent schmoozing at the Grizz with the patrons and staff. This is the kind of spot you want to become a regular at, because they treat everyone like family!
An amazing find!
לקחנו אוכל לעשות פיקניק, היה טעים, מאוד נחמדים
מקום שסוגר פינה בכייף
Great food and great prices
Food was good but nothing very exiting. It’s warm and clean but everything is packed in paper or plastic even for dine in.
Loved seeing Travis Matthews
Owner’s an outright alcoholic and has a mouth on her. Overpriced food and trashy regulars – avoid if you have any standards. This place is a dump.
Not what I expected.. this is a restaurant for the staff of the lodge.
I did not feel very welcomed at all. Was given a hard time about masks. No signage outside about masks.
As if the covid questions and temperature check at the front gate wasn’t enough.
If your in Jasper looking for a restaurant do NOT come here.
The pizza was undercooked. Toppings and cheese just slid right off.
Easily the worst meal and dining experience that I’ve had in months and probably years. The crew was steady busy but not overwhelmed but yet took little interest in what they did and other than taking my order attempted no conversation with me despite me being the only guest in the place. The fries were baked not fried and so dry that they had to be smothered in ketchup to choke down. I did that because I was hungry after several hikes out Maligne Lake way and regretted it all night as the aftertaste kept resonating. This food was so bad I wouldn’t feed it to my dog!!! It ruined an otherwise perfect and beautiful Jasper day.
