Very very bad experience with the manager ( a woman) ONLY !!! I insist because their employees are nice and they deserve a better person than her to manage them !<\/p>\n
I came to buy a piano and took the mesurement to make sure it fit my place. I came back the very next day with a truck to grab it and the price changed 100$ extra !!!<\/p>\n
She said that they did a mistake on the price and it concern another one seriously ?! The employee the day before didnt mentioned it\u2026 and the price tag was still on top of the piano at that time.<\/p>\n
Anyway this is their fault and not the customer fault. But we tried to find a solution with the manager by adding a bench so we can get it at the price we saw.<\/p>\n
But this lady was extremely rude to us and didn\u2019t want to do any arrangement. She was mad and was trying to call her employees that was in the shop the day before to fight them ? Serisouly ? Instead of trying to find a solution ?<\/p>\n
What a very bad management. Dear Misses it may be in your company\u2019s best interest to honor the advertised price rather than anger potential customers and fight your employees for a mistake. Hope you thought about it after we left and I told you I will leave you a bad review so here it is \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

First time a few months ago to check out a piano and at that time as well there was nobody in the store to ask a budget that I have to buy, to play and show a piano or to recommend me a piano for the experience that I have. I\u2019m a beginner player and for a first acoustic piano that I want want to buy I would want to know how good or bad the piano is, which could at least tell me how what I want. I shopped around a few stores and I\u2019ve seen some remarkable service but this one was a real downer. I went back to the store today expecting there would be someone to provide some kind of service but there was nobody who could help me. Just pointing the pianos and telling politely this is all the pianos we have is not a good service. I actually even called an hour ago to let them know I was visiting and asked if someone would be there to help me. I was told there would be someone and they would help but there was no help. I don\u2019t think I would go back and wouldn\u2019t recommend I know to go there as well.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
