Always helpful staff, competitive pricing (matched when necessary)… great rental program
Good service
Awesome help from the staff at L&M as always!!!!
Great selection, hours should be adjusted. I cant make it as much as I’d like because I work when its open
The best place to learn playing musical instrument.
I custom ordered a mandolin case to ship a mandolin to my brother out west. There was a $50 non refundable deposit (understandable) however Covid happened and the shipping was delayed for over 6 month. It was supposed to be 5-10 days. By that time my brother had already made other shipping arrangements. I went in today to inquire as to whether or not the deposit could just be used towards another purchase as obviously a 6 month wait is way too long for a fancy shipping box however I was told that “non refundable “ is non refundable. I’m a musician and a DJ, my parents, siblings, and our children are also musicians. 3 of us have dumped over $10,000 on drum kits alone at Long and McQuade and that’s the tip of the iceberg in our purchases. I didn’t even want a refund. I wanted to make a purchase. I need a new mixing board. My last Mackie board I purchased is being used with my gear in NS. I’ll buy my one for the PEI events somewhere other than Long and McQuade.
Worse place to order from take for ever and not nice

Small but great selections
Staff there was very knowledgeable
Really friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of music.
Quiet little shop hidden away in the heart of Charlottetown with good selection of vinyl and cool working juke box! They also showcased a Canadian band who was playing live that day. Awesome vegan café tucked in at the back of store as well.
Nice little record shop. I found it a little expensive for all the used items. Used CDs were $8 each
It’s an ok record shop. The selection isn’t great, but it’s not bad either. I don’t find much on my visits
Great selection of vinyl , old stereo equipment, and CDs. The prices are all pretty reasonable. I do tend to find cheaper options elsewhere if I dig enough. The grocery store has to charge more than the farmer though.
Selection was nit very good considering they are the only ones here that sell records
I really have not shopped here just passed by all the time
It makes me think of the record store in High Fidelity but staff are not as knowledgable, makes uou want to buy online.

Recorded our first EP with David Rashed and it was a great experience. Dave was super patient and helpful and spent time with us in pre-production before we went in to the studio to make some changes and to ensure we were all set to go. The finished product sounds awesome and David was very responsive and quick with his information.
Overall great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to record there again!
As 4 guys all under the age of 23 who have never been into a studio, we didn’t know what to expect. David’s patience and professionalism made it an experience I’ll never forget!
I recently decided to work with David to record an original song. I couldn’t be more pleased and we aren’t even finished yet. David’s easy going demeanor and relaxed approach to setting up gear and recording makes everything so natural and enjoyable! More importantly, his experience as a recording artist means he knows how to craft a song. We collaborated on arranging or rearranging parts for the best effect and it always felt very organic, never forced. Moreover, David’s encouragement helped me deliver a better performance than I thought possible– now that’s the sign of truly gifted producer! I highly recommend David Rashed Productions.

The best recording studio on PEI by far. Jon Matthews is a true professional who puts his musicianship and love of music and recording together in one awesome package. The award winning studio and engineer has produced many of PEI’s great albums in the last decade.
And the location is amazing too..
Such a great experience as a guitar builder to get professional recording of your work. It was a real pleasure working with Jon. I’ll be doing it again with the next build.
The best studio in the east coast.

A great variety of items, clean store with a nice layout. The staff are always helpful, David has always been especially helpful when looking for something.
Exceptional customer service! The person helping us was polite, and went so far as so cover our missing change (a few cents). Will be back again!
Ray is a gem!! He goes above and beyond for anyone. Nice… super friendly… knowledgeable… and quite helpful. Thank you for being so kind. The world needs more of you.
Awsume place, full of an incrediable selection of everything from ellectronic’s, impact tool’s, to jewelry..!
Pawn shop. Nuff said
Hit or miss its a nice store with lots of interesting stuff. However it can get REALLY expensive.
I found many games and movies here for a good price. However, the quality which they are kept and sold is questionable. For instance, I’ve bought several Nes and other Nintendo cartridges which were filthy and ran risk of ruining the consoles in turn. If you’re trading in you’re better off selling on FB marketplace or taking it elsewhere, because they sometimes won’t give you half the value of something they sold a month prior. Definitely not an awful pawn shop, but not exactly the best it could be.
Gonna pay prices retail I’ll buy new.
They wanted 5 out of these 6 games PLUS an additional $6 in exchange for a 2011 game which cost $9.99. LOL Fair trade,,, you decide.
Awesome place, always someone to help you figure out anything you may struggling with.
They have all the gadgets you need.
Jesse is awesome! I had to get a new cell phone and he switched over all my contacts and apps because I had no idea what I was doing. He was great, super friendly and funny. Terrific customer service and a huge help to me.
The store is nice and they let you try the phones at the store, but the wait times for service can be long sometimes.
Friendly staff. Smaller store but plenty of selection.
I had a good experience with them and when I went to use the device it was all messed up. (Sim). It took fido days and reloaded my account because it was there mistake. Don’t let retailers sell your short stand up for your right most times you can say a lot more than they can so use your opinion
Very obvious we were looking to buy a printer, many staff whizzed by us none offered to help, although we didn’t figure out which one we wanted, an offer to help could have ended in a sale, but we just left without making a purchase. And no it wasn’t overly busy.
I would put no stars, if I could. I purchased a washing machine LG Direct Drive and LG Sensor Dry dryer in December 2020. The washing machine dosen’t get the clothes clean, it has no agitator (I was told that’s the best)and no matter what settings I put it on the water will not cover the cloths. IT WILL NOT GET THE CLOTHES CLEAN.
Worst place to buy electronic products, I bought AirPods and they don’t tell you policies, bad customer services , better but apple products from apple official stores or websites
