Great place! I was pleasantly surprised by the price. Make sure the work hours 10-18
you will get a variety of musical equipment here. The rental services are cheap. recommended. .
I love this store! The staff at this facility are best of the best! Very knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly!
The best place to learn playing musical instrument.
Great selection, hours should be adjusted. I cant make it as much as I’d like because I work when its open
Worse place to order from take for ever and not nice
I custom ordered a mandolin case to ship a mandolin to my brother out west. There was a $50 non refundable deposit (understandable) however Covid happened and the shipping was delayed for over 6 month. It was supposed to be 5-10 days. By that time my brother had already made other shipping arrangements. I went in today to inquire as to whether or not the deposit could just be used towards another purchase as obviously a 6 month wait is way too long for a fancy shipping box however I was told that “non refundable “ is non refundable. I’m a musician and a DJ, my parents, siblings, and our children are also musicians. 3 of us have dumped over $10,000 on drum kits alone at Long and McQuade and that’s the tip of the iceberg in our purchases. I didn’t even want a refund. I wanted to make a purchase. I need a new mixing board. My last Mackie board I purchased is being used with my gear in NS. I’ll buy my one for the PEI events somewhere other than Long and McQuade.

Well informed staff that seem to always know just what you want
Fair prices and a very knowledgeable staff! I have yet to be disappointed.
By the way, they appear to be closed on Wednesdays, despite Google saying otherwise.
Had everything I wanted, service was friendly and knowledgeable.
Stoped in to see if they had a specific part. They were helpful but didn’t I have it.
Good legal advice
Got a guitar and ordered a hard case for it was tolled it would be in the following week. This is the following week so being Friday called to see, why they did not call, found out that it has not been shipped and will be next Thursday, hope they are right this time.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and good at what he does. He’s got a real passion for pianos, and it shows in his work. Very highly recommended for any and all piano service. Great musician too!

Adam is a dream to work with. I’ve often said he’s equally, if not more than I, excited about the custom fretless bass he’s making me. He puts lots of thought and effort into his craft and it shows. Highly recommend.
And he’s great at any kind of instrument repairs as well.
Update; Adam is making me another bass
7. MMC Music Workshop
Address: Basement, 251 Water St, Summerside, PE C1N 1B5, Canada , Condado , Prince Edward Island , Canada
Friendly staff, they are also respecting covid 19 distancing very well! There is someone who explains the rules before you enter and ask if you are in need of help to find you something before you enter!
Good spot to find the latest tech on the market
staff. approached me right away. introduced me to the many models of wireless speakers on display. informative. helpful (ps .. sony speaker i picked up is a lot of fun. great for the outdoors)
Store policies have changed for using best buy card. They didnt want my business
Going into this store makes me feel like their true goal is to have everyone buy online and pick up.
The customer experience shopping in-store at this location is dismal.
Was hanging around the computers waiting for customer service on two separate occasions, looking for information on a product before making a purchase. Both times, multiple employees made eye contact and then refused to acknowledge my existence. Fair to say they lost a pretty hefty potential sale.
Couldn’t even get anybody to ring in my items so I just left
11. Music PEI

The talent and energy was amazing! They give everything to the performance! My husband thoroughly enjoyed it too!
The Ross Family is overflowing with musical talent !! Every minute of the show was full of toe tapping, hand clapping and heart enlightening moments. BRAVO
~~ Highly recommend ~~ A MUST SEE ~~
What a great time we had at the Clinton Hills venue.
These 3 siblings are very talented and extremely entertaining.
Highly recommend that you plan to attend when visiting PEI.
My husband and I went the other night to their show in Clinton. They are a very talented bunch! I think the show could be improved with some audience interaction and by building up audience energy. It could have been an off night for the group but the energy was a little flat.
Suggestions for improvements:
– instead of auditorium seating do a mix of high tables (no seats just standing room) and a few tables for the less mobile
– The first song (something about showing your love in your dancing) was the best. It should be your last one.
– show the audience 3 simple dance moves that almost everyone could do at the start and encourage dancing
– Get an MC with charisma. The Ross trio was very talented. But not showman. They need someone to keep a good flow to the show and make sure the jokes land. That being said keep it informal.
– Try positioning the stage in the center of the crowd (with each sibling facing outward) and/or having a dance floor.
My sisters and I had been looking forward to this performance. One of the sisters had seen them before and loved them. This performance was difficult to listen to and not what we expected. The attire worn by the women were inappropriate. We left after a half hour. The one star is generous

We went to Hospice fundraiser. Fun evening. Great service.
Awesome experience! They sound just like “the Hip”, food very nice, staff excellent, A1 experience!
Great time this afternoon. Lots of great John Prine tunes. Trailside Cafe.
Great music great food. Always busy .
Good job
Great fresh food, lovely service.
Nice little venue, I saw a lovely performance here.
The food was pretty good, but I wasn’t blown away. My noodle bowl was truly a soup, and should have come with a spoon. Can’t say I would have ordered it if I knew I was getting a soup though. A noodle bowl is usually a fork or chopstick kind of deal.
I had a bite of my friends burger and wished I’d had it- definitely would recommend! Another friend had a realllly nice salad. Everyone at my table did enjoy their food!
Only thing I will say could use some work.. We were watching a dimly lit show, but there are fluorescent lights in the kitchen. It would be great to not have those in your peripheral. I found it extremely distracting. They should just have a light on the opposite wall, so its not a bright light visible to guests when the rest of the room has gone dark.
We went for a show which was fantastic, great artist and good sound… Everything ended there.
First we show up to no service for an hour to then be told by waitress every table is reserved and we pretty much have to leave. I then stated having purchased my tickets for the show online were she apologized that they didn’t factor people preordering tickets and didn’t reserve us seating so only people who had reserved lunch seating could stay… Most people didn’t even purchase tickets for the show and then we were told to sit on chairs in a far corner if we absolutely wanted to stay. After paying 40$ for 2 tickets and driving 2 hours to get there + the 50$ bridge fare ? Yea I think I’ll stay… And then I ask if it’s at least ok to have a drink… She leaves only to come back an hour later saying “would you like a drink?”
So to sum up the worst inn experience of my life was a mix of terrible customer service, owner who seemed uncaring enough to approach patrons herself and having staff deal with shitty management, food that seemed good that took 2-3 hours as another gentlemen that was allowed to sit at a table told me, and no bar or cash service.
Sunday brunch was a really bad experience. The table was dirty. The coffee was far from hot. The crepes were soggy. The eggs and sausages were cold. They do not serve toast with their traditional breakfast???. Fortunately the band playing, “THE GOOD OLD BOYS” was really good. So go for the music and not the food.
Took a couple hours to get our meal. Food was alright
16. Studio Dimanche
Address: 3 Antoinette Drive, Miscouche, PE C0B 1T0, Canada , Condado , Prince Edward Island , Canada
A wonderful studio! Brent Chaisson, the owner/engineer, not only knows the technical ins & outs required to produce a quality recording, he is a wonderful person to deal with. His pleasant, relaxed demeanor coupled with his abilities as both a musician and a technician made my experience at the studio a truly enjoyable one. Highly recommended to novice and seasoned musicians alike!
17. Most Wanted Pawn Shop
Address: 189 Water St, Summerside, PE C1N 1B2, Canada , Condado , Prince Edward Island , Canada
Gian was very easy and straightforward to deal with and very very fair with his offer. They are always friendly with selling items and have fair pricing. I’d definitely recommend taking a trip here. They’ll treat you right.
Paul always makes me smile when I walk in the door too.
Thanks Guys
Excellent customer service. There was an item I was looking for, and the minute they were able to find it, they notified me. I would definately deal with them again!
Shout out to the boys in Summerside they always treat me right
Overall experience. They rip you off of good valuable items. Wasn’t too bad with the other staff crew that was there before they hired on kids.
Not as good as the Charlottetown location just save your money or items and go there
Just plain poor customer service, Damaged and sometimes falsely packaged/labeled products for ridiculously high prices for what you’re receiving. Never had these issues at the Charlottetown location.
I bought Wii Sports Resort and it doesn’t work.
18. Most Wanted Jewellery & Pawn
Address: 53 Allen St, Charlottetown, PE C1A 2V6, Canada , Condado , Prince Edward Island , Canada
Fantastic selection of items – videogames (old & new), audio equipment, records and cassettes and CD’s, computers – you’ll be hard pressed to not find anything you’re interested.
Very friendly and helpful staff as well – a must visit imo!
A great variety of items, clean store with a nice layout. The staff are always helpful, David has always been especially helpful when looking for something.
I was in the Charlottetown most wanted a couple days ago. And I was helped by an employee named Stephen! He was very helpful and polite with finding what I was looking for
Products or sometimes not what you want. Good customer service
friendly staff.
I went to this restaurant hoping to be seated promptly. There were no tables or chairs. There was no food either. Neat stuff though.
Rude
Sold something here a couple weeks ago and felt like they lowballed me. Their explanation was that they would only be selling the item for $10 but I went back in today and they are selling it for $25.. gross.
The workers need to show more respect to the customers and they need to stop purposely buying faulty products from the manufacturer and telling the customers that they have been tested when they have not. For example i bought a pellet pistol there and i was told it works fine and has been tested but that was fauls in fact he should have told me it jams just fine and it was brand new from the manufacturer meaning it was sold to them as faulty. Another example i sold my chain for $25 to them and it was put up for $150 witch is what i payed at charms half price. Another example i pawned my laptop for $45 and when i could not get it they sold it for $300. Dont let them take advantage of you just because you need money. They also buy bulk chains from wish for around $2 to $13 at most n selling them for $30 to $60.
