Spectacular music, storytelling, and performances by The Ross Family Ceilidh in Charlottetown PEI!
This sibling trio should be opening for THE CHICKS or HAIM or touring on their own.
Great show from the Ross family at Clinton Hills!
Amazing performance. Everyone must see these people perform. Lots of energy and lots of fun songs. You will not be disappointed at all.
My husband and I went the other night to their show in Clinton. They are a very talented bunch! I think the show could be improved with some audience interaction and by building up audience energy. It could have been an off night for the group but the energy was a little flat.
Suggestions for improvements:
– instead of auditorium seating do a mix of high tables (no seats just standing room) and a few tables for the less mobile
– The first song (something about showing your love in your dancing) was the best. It should be your last one.
– show the audience 3 simple dance moves that almost everyone could do at the start and encourage dancing
– Get an MC with charisma. The Ross trio was very talented. But not showman. They need someone to keep a good flow to the show and make sure the jokes land. That being said keep it informal.
– Try positioning the stage in the center of the crowd (with each sibling facing outward) and/or having a dance floor.
My sisters and I had been looking forward to this performance. One of the sisters had seen them before and loved them. This performance was difficult to listen to and not what we expected. The attire worn by the women were inappropriate. We left after a half hour. The one star is generous

Well the people here are absolutely lovely. Beautiful mill too. Kids got pics with wee chicks and I got me some collie yarn
My wife and I found the people and mini Mills while travelling across the island. We were greeted like family and will be returning as soon as we can! The facility is amazing and the store has so much to offer. We loved the tour and the food too!
Great prices and selection
Great store for wool.of all sorts. The company’s main business is manufacture, supply and maintenance of mills for processing wool but the shop here allows you to buy the product..
5. Long & McQuade Musical Instruments
Address: 104 Capital Dr, Charlottetown, PE C1E 1K4, Canada , Belfast , Prince Edward Island , Canada
Excellent place to go and try out musical instruments! Very friendly staff and a very relaxed atmosphere! They have an excellent selection of guitars and amps and they have the option of taking private music lessons upstairs!
The best place to learn playing musical instrument.
Great selection, hours should be adjusted. I cant make it as much as I’d like because I work when its open
I custom ordered a mandolin case to ship a mandolin to my brother out west. There was a $50 non refundable deposit (understandable) however Covid happened and the shipping was delayed for over 6 month. It was supposed to be 5-10 days. By that time my brother had already made other shipping arrangements. I went in today to inquire as to whether or not the deposit could just be used towards another purchase as obviously a 6 month wait is way too long for a fancy shipping box however I was told that “non refundable “ is non refundable. I’m a musician and a DJ, my parents, siblings, and our children are also musicians. 3 of us have dumped over $10,000 on drum kits alone at Long and McQuade and that’s the tip of the iceberg in our purchases. I didn’t even want a refund. I wanted to make a purchase. I need a new mixing board. My last Mackie board I purchased is being used with my gear in NS. I’ll buy my one for the PEI events somewhere other than Long and McQuade.
Worse place to order from take for ever and not nice

Fantastic!! Great selection of lps! I could have spent all day there!
Great place!
What a cool legacy this place has! Cool selection and with a coffee shop attached in the back. We found a rare vinyl we hadn’t been able to find in the states. It was well-worth the visit! Check them out! Support local businesses! Enjoy some music!
Great for vinyl, but not much else when it comes to other music media.
Good service
Cool retro vibe, frequented by young and old
Selection was nit very good considering they are the only ones here that sell records
Gone
Just not the same !

Address: 5707 St Peters Rd, Saint Peters Bay, PE C0A 2A0, Canada , Belfast , Prince Edward Island , Canada
David helped us record some spoken word audio for a mobile app. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He was willing to take a look at other media aspects of the app and help out where he could. All around provided a great service. Highly Recommended!
As 4 guys all under the age of 23 who have never been into a studio, we didn’t know what to expect. David’s patience and professionalism made it an experience I’ll never forget!
I recently decided to work with David to record an original song. I couldn’t be more pleased and we aren’t even finished yet. David’s easy going demeanor and relaxed approach to setting up gear and recording makes everything so natural and enjoyable! More importantly, his experience as a recording artist means he knows how to craft a song. We collaborated on arranging or rearranging parts for the best effect and it always felt very organic, never forced. Moreover, David’s encouragement helped me deliver a better performance than I thought possible– now that’s the sign of truly gifted producer! I highly recommend David Rashed Productions.

Godda say one dude out of 20 in past years treats me good
Just a jim dandy experience…
Great prices and always something new and interesting
Products or sometimes not what you want. Good customer service
Good pawn shop….lots of various inventory.. good musical instruments, etc.
I used to love this store. it was a fun experience to go and find a treasure. lately they’re very overpriced, with many of the things more expensive than they are brand new. Nintendo switch games for example are often more expensive even without a case then to buy the brand new at Gamestop. when you’re being under sold by GameStop you know it’s bad. Toys are no better. Action figures are often double what you would pay at a toy store. Instruments are frequently more as well, and aren’t always in the best of shape to justify the premium. I don’t know who’s in charge of pricing anymore, but it’s seems as if they went to eBay and found the most expensive seller and just modeled after it. I’ll give it three stars simply because I used to enjoy it and there’s still the occasional good find, but the rating is quickly deteriorating.
Sold something here a couple weeks ago and felt like they lowballed me. Their explanation was that they would only be selling the item for $10 but I went back in today and they are selling it for $25.. gross.
Staff dont care about helping you and when you show cheaper price Wal-Mart or Amazon they dont care…. Prices are just as expensive better off buying new at least you get customer service else where and better warranty
Use to be a good place for less expensive electronics. Now they want almost new prices, for used equipment. Somethings are worth buying there, but in general may as well pay a little bit more and get new.
